Quincy Kennedy, Head of Customer Success


Quincy Kennedy serves as Head of Customer Success at Finotta. Quincy leads the customer success function with a vision and strategy to provide our customers with a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using Finotta's products and services. 

Previously, Quincy worked as Vice President of Digital Fintech at Citizens Bank. While there, he partnered with internal businesses, advising, finding, and implementing Fintechs and other technology stacks, bringing innovation and solutions to the business. 

Quincy spends his free time with his wife and kids, finding new restaurants and fun family activities. He also enjoys his time at the gun range and day trading.
